Shaw Kelly is retained by several Local Government organisations and also counts amongst his clients leading Housing Associations. Shaw is a specialist in Landlord & Tenant Law and lectures on the subject. He is instructed in areas ranging from Drafting and Advising on Commercial Leases to Trials concerning acts of Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour. He has also acted against Government departments in appeals from Tribunal level through to the High Court.
Shaw is instructed by Public Access clients and has been accredited for a number of years. He has acted for clients in Civil and Contractual matters, Landlord & Tenant Law, Collective Enfranchisement and freehold/leasehold disputes.
