Shaw is a specialist in Landlord & Tenant Law and lectures on the subject. He is instructed in areas ranging from Drafting and Advising on Commercial Leases to Trials concerning acts of Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour. He has also acted against Government departments in appeals from Tribunal level through to the High Court.
